Install heat management module

• Replace the profile seal (1)  and the O-ring (2)  .

  Parts:  Profile seal and O-ring

• Make sure that the closure (3)  is correctly installed and remount the closure (3)  as needed.

  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  The sealing surfaces must be free of oil, grease and cleaning agents.
• Clean the sealing surfaces (1)  and (2)  .

• Position the heat management module (1)  .

• Tighten the screws in order from (1)  to (6)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Heat exchange module to crankcase
  M6	Tightening torque	8 Nm

  Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.
• Lock and connect the coolant hoses (2)  and (3)  .
• Connect connector (1)  .
