Remove front cross connection (front-end strut removed)
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE COVER FOR THE CENTER ENGINE COMPARTMENT .
- Refer to REMOVING BOTH FRONT-END STRUTS .
- Loosen screws (1).
- Detach the cable (2).
- Feed out the front cross connection (3) toward the top.
