Detaching the wiring harness of the EPS from the front axle support

NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
Different variants may be installed depending on the vehicle equipment.

Version A:
Unlock and disconnect plug connections (1) .

Release the wiring harness in the marked areas (2) from the front subframe.

Release the wiring harness in the area (3) from the retainer.

Set wiring harness (1) aside.

Version B:
Unlock and disconnect the plug connections (1) and (2) .

Release the wiring harness (3) from the steering gear in the marked areas.

Place the wiring harness (1) on the side.
