Removing the front-end strut (US version)

NOTE: Only perform the operation on the right side.

Detach cover (1) in upward direction out of the detents.

RISK OF DAMAGE
Use of an incorrect tool (impact screwdriver) to release and tighten the screws.
Damaged thread.
- Only use a standard tool (e.g. reversible ratchet) to release/tighten the screws.

Loosen screws (1) .
Remove the front-end strut (2) .
