Partially fasten the wiring harness on the left cylinder head cover

- Screw all screw points of the cable ducts on again. Some of the screw points are also grounding points.
- Position the wiring harnesses (2) at the cylinder head cover.
- Connect the connectors (3) to the high pressure pump and lock audibly.
- Tighten the screws (1)
.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Cable duct to cylinder head cover/cylinder head M6 screw tightening torque 10 Nm NOTE: The description is provided only at one component. The procedure is the same for all other components. - Connect all connectors (1) to the injectors and lock audibly.
- Connect ground cable to ground pin and tighten the nuts (2)
.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Ground cable on cylinder head cover/ground pin Nut M5 tightening torque 4.6 Nm NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details. - Check all connectors (1)
on the injectors again to ensure they are correctly fitted.
All connectors must be felt engaging.
- Connect and lock the connector (1)

The locks must engage audibly.
- Position holder (3) .
- Tighten screws (2)

Holder to cylinder head M6 Tightening torque 10 Nm - Rotate the connector (1)
and fasten to holder (3)
