Installing the clean air pipe of cylinder bank 2

Check sealing ring (1) for damage, replace if necessary.

Before installing the clean air pipe (2) , move the retaining clip into the locked position (1) .

Position the clean air tube (1) .
Press the clean air pipe (1) toward the turbocharger until the retaining clip audibly locks.

Clip in the wiring harness mounting (2) on the fastening clamps (1) .

Connect connectors (1) and lock.

Make sure that the connector of the high-pressure pump (1) is not confused with the connector of the intake air temperature sensor.
If not yet available: Attach colored marks (3) to the plug connections of the high pressure pump.
If necessary, identify the connectors using the wiring diagram and the cable colors in the area (2) .

Position the tank ventilation line (1) .
Press the tank vent line (1) toward the clean air pipe until the retaining clip audibly locks.
