During replacement of the intake plenum: Remount components

• Loosen screws (1)  .
• Unthread the pressure sensor (2)  and remove it.

• Loosen screws (1)  .
• Remove the quick-release coupling nozzle (2)  .
• Remove the throttle valve (3)  from the intake plenum (4)  .

• Replace the intake plenum (1)  .

• Replace the seal (1)  .

• Replace seal (1)  on quick-release coupling nozzle (2)  .

• Position the throttle valve (3)  on the intake plenum (4)  .
• Position the quick-release coupling nozzle (2)  .
• Tighten down screws (1)  .
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Throttle body to intake plenum
  6.0 x 50	tightening torque	7 Nm

• Check the sealing ring (1)  on the pressure sensor for damage and replace the sealing ring if necessary.

• Thread in the pressure sensor (2)  and install it.
• Tighten down screws (1)  .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

Screw	tightening torque	3 Nm
