Replacing left or right rear door trim panel (330i GT xDrive, 340i GT xDrive)

When working on trim panel components, make sure that visible surfaces are not scratched or damaged (e.g. by sharp-edged tools).
Necessary preliminary work:
- Remove door TRIM PANEL .
- Remount the ARMREST .
- Remount the LIGHT STRIP .
- Remount the SPEAKER COVER .
- Remount door opener inside BOWDEN CABLE
Mark a circle with diameter (A) = 52.0 mm from mark (1).
Cut out the marked circle using a suitable tool (e.g. body saw).
Mount stop 1 as shown.
Mark welding pins (2) flush on holder (1).
Remove holder (1) once again and cut the welding pins below the mark.
Mount holder (1) and secure with repair screws.
Required reworking:
- Mount door TRIM PANEL .
