Installing the sealing on the rear door

NOTE:
Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.
- Feed in the seal (1) below the window cavity seal (2).
- Start bonding the door seal (1) in area (2).
- Bond the sealing (1) as follows:
- Gradually pull off protective film
- Align sealing (1) to match the specified dimension (X) or the templates and press on lightly
- Check the position of the sealing (1) and correct if necessary
- Do not overstretch or compress the sealing (1) when positioning it
- Maximum permissible sag of the sealing (1) during the positioning process is 30 mm
- Always apply pressure perpendicular to the bonding surface to affix the sealing (1)
- Affix sealing (1) with - firm thumb pressure

- Feed in the seal (1) in the area (3) below the window cavity seal.
- Position the sealing (1) along the templates (3):
The edge of the sealing (1) is flush with the mark (4) of the template (3).
