Remove the upper seat belt (REMA)

- Before performing any work on the airbag, always disconnect the battery ground lead from the battery.
- Airbag unit may only be set down with the cushion (airbag itself) facing upwards.

- Loosen screws (1).
- Remove the slide bar (2).
- Loosen screw (3).NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION
SA5AL Active Protection:
REMA = Reversible electromotive reel. - Unlock plug connections (1) and disconnect.
- Remove the wiring harness with the holder (2).
- Release screws (3) and (4).
- Remove the seat belt retractor (5).
