Checking the tightness of the coolant circuit of the electric drive unit

2 472 475 Insert on 5 A26 BE2 .
Move tap (1) to the shown position (close).
Connect compressed air hose (2) 2 472 475 .

5 A0B D61 Insert on 5 A26 BE2 .
Move tap (1) to the shown position (close).
Connect the 100 bar pressure sensor (2) with an AUX cable to 5 A0B D61 .

Performing a service function
Execute the service function at the following path:
Electric drive
Electrical machine electronics
Electric drive unit: Cooling system leakage test
Remove all the special tools after the service function has ended successfully.

2 472 475 Insert on 5 A26 BE2 .
5 A0B D61 Insert on 5 A26 BE2 .
Move the taps (2) and (3) to the position shown (close).
Connect compressed air hose (4) 2 472 475 .
Connect the 100 bar pressure sensor (1) with an AUX cable to 5 A0B D61 .
Open tap (2) on 2 472 475 .

Electric drive unit 2: Cooling system leakage test
Remove all the special tools after the service function has ended successfully.
