Installing fan cowl

• Feed guides (1) into the radiator.
• Feed guides (2) into the charge air cooler.

• Carefully  feed in and install the fan cowl (3) in the direction of the arrow.
• Ensure that the locking mechanism (2) engages audibly.
• Tighten down screw (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Fan cowl with electric fan on radiator
  TS6x20	Tightening torque	7 Nm

• Connect connectors (2) and lock.

  The connector (2) must engage audibly.

• Connect connectors (1) and lock.

  The connector (1) must engage audibly.

• If installed:  Fasten the coolant line (1) on to the clamps (arrows).
• Lock the clamps (arrows).

• If installed:  Attach the transmission oil line (2).

  Feed in and install the transmission oil line (2).

  Lock holder (1).

• Refer to INSTALLING THE COVER FOR CENTER ENGINE COMPARTMENT .
• Refer to INSTALLING THE FRONT HOOD SEAL .
