Removing the rear power distribution box
Preliminary work
- Refer to DEACTIVATING THE 48V ELECTRICAL SYSTEM .
- Refer to DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING BATTERY GROUND LEADS .
- Refer to REMOVING THE FLAP IN THE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT WHEEL ARCH TRIM PANEL ON THE RIGHT .
NOTE:
Technical information
Fuses can become detached when unlocking the plug connections in the power distribution. use suitable means to prevent the fuses from falling out.

- Unlock lock (1).
- Pull out the pdc-/pma control unit (2) downwards from the holder.
- Unlock detents (1) and remove power distribution box (2) from holder (3).
- Open the lid (1).
- Loosen nut (2).
- Release the cable tie (3) on the positive battery cable (4).
- Remove positive battery cable (4).
- Unlock and disconnect all connectors.
- Remove the power distribution (5).
