Removing both middle rear headrest guides
NOTE:

Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE REAR MIDDLE HEAD RESTRAINT .
- Insert special tool 0 494 627 (52 0 070) into the guide holes of the sleeves (1).
- Unlock the detents and pull out the sleeves (1).
