Remove the seat cover for the front seat
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING FRONT SEAT .
- Refer to FOR CONTINUING WORK ON THE FRONT SEAT: MOUNTING THE FRONT SEAT ON THE UNIVERSAL SEAT MOUNTING AND CONNECTING WITH THE WIRING HARNESS IF NECESSARY .
- Refer to REMOVING OUTER COVER ON FRONT SEAT .
- Refer to REMOVING INNER COVER FROM THE FRONT SEAT .
- Refer to REMOVING THIGH SUPPORT .
- Refer to REMOVING THE SEAT COVER WITH THE CUSHION FOR THE FRONT SEAT .
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Loosen all clamp on the trim wires (1).
- Remove any remaining clamp from the seat cover and the upholstery.
- Thread out rubber band (2).
- Loosen all clamps on the trim wires 1.
- Remove any remaining clamp from the seat cover (2) and the upholstery.
- Remove the seat cover (2) from the upholstery.
