Installing the retaining pin for linkage of air flap control above

Precondition 

• Completely open the air flap to the left and right before inserting the retaining pin.

Preliminary work 

• Refer to REMOVING THE FRONT UNDERBODY PROTECTION .
• Refer to REMOVING THE COVER AT THE BOTTOM ON THE COOLING MODULE .

• Open the air flaps to the left and right before installing the retaining pin (1).
• Note the installation position of the retaining pin (1).
• Install the retaining pin (1) and let it engage audibly.
