Installing the sealing on the rear door

NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.

Feed in the seal (1) below the window cavity seal (2).

Start bonding the door weather strip (1) in area (2).

Bond the seal (1) as follows:

Gradually detach protective film
Align seal (1) to match the specified dimension (X) or template and press on lightly
Check the position of the seal (1) and correct if necessary

Do not overstretch or compress the seal (1) when positioning it

Maximum permissible sag of the seal (1) during the positioning process is 30 mm
Always apply pressure perpendicular to the bonding surface to affix the seal (1)
Affix seal (1) with firm thumb pressure

Area	Dimension x
A	17.5 mm

Feed in the seal (1) in the area (3) below the window cavity seal.
Position the seal (1) along the template (3):
The edge of the seal (1) is flush with the mark (4) of the template (3).
