Guiding out the left output shaft from the rear axle differential
NOTE:
Description is for right component only. The procedure on the left side is identical.
Pulling the output shaft out from the rear axle differential
- Turn the rear axle differential (1) to the left with the special tool 0 496 009 (33 5 200) . Thereby, pull out the output shaft (2).
- Bind the output shaft firmly (2).
