Lowering the headlining (with sliding/tilting sunroof)

Precondition 

The front seats have been fully adjusted towards the bottom.

The front seat backrests have been fully adjusted towards the rear.

The rear seat backrest is folded down toward the front.

• Unscrew the screw (1) at the headlining (2).

• Unclip the headlining (1) at the clips (2) downwards.
• Carefully detach the headlining (1) from the sliding/tilting sunroof case at the clamps in the area of the line (3).

  NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.
• With the help of another person, feed out the headlining (1) from the respective edge protections.
• Place the headlining (1) in the vehicle with an support person.
