Removing The Rear Left Side Panel
- Mark the separating cut (1) at the C-pillar according to the dimensions and cut. Disconnect only the outer panel.
Dimension (a) = 55 mm (from corner of the roof outer skin)

Determination of separating cut using a template - Determine position of the separating cut in addition to the dimensions with the aid of a template (1).
- Mark the separating cut (1) on the B-pillar according to dimensions and cut. Disconnect only the outer panel.
Dimension (a) = 100 mm
- Compare position of severance cut with reinforcement plate.
- Mark a separating cut (1) on the door sill according to dimension and disconnect it. Disconnect only the outer panel.
Dimension (a) = 180 mm (from center point of the hole with Ø 20 mm)
- Compare position of severance cut with reinforcement plate.

- Release the welded connections in areas (1).
- Release the welded connections in areas (1).
- Open welded connections in area (1).
- Release the side panel from the cavity sealings (1) to (4) and remove it.
