Remove B-Pillar With Reinforcement

Make the separating cut (1) as per dimension (a).
Dimension (a) = 30 mm (from the center point of hinge mount)
Cut through B-pillar completely.

Mark and make separating cuts (1) and (2) according to the specified dimensions. Thereby disconnect only the outer panel.
Dimension (a) = 130 mm (from the center point of attachment)

Dimension (b) = 400 mm (from dimension (a)

Dimension (c) = 25 mm from the edge of the roof frame.

Mark separating cut (1) as pictured and cut through the B-pillar completely.
Release the welded connections in the areas (2) and remove section (3).

Release the welded connections in the areas (1) and remove section (2).

Release the welded connections in area (1) and remove the section of B-pillar (2).

Mark and cut each of the separating cuts (1) and (2) in the center through the holes (3) and (4) with Ø 20 mm. Thereby disconnect only the outer panel.
Open welded connections in area (3).

Release the welded connections in areas (1).

Releasing bonded connections
Loosen bonded connections in area (2).
Detach the outer section of the B-pillar from the cavity sealing (3) and remove.

Remove cavity sealing (1).
Release the welded connections in areas (2). Remove B-pillar reinforcement section (3).
