Remove Outer Wheel Arch Section With Reinforcement

• Remove the cavity sealings (1).

• Release welded connections in areas (1).

  Releasing bonded connections
• Open spot-welded adhesive joints in areas (2).
• Release bonded connection in area (3).
• Detach the reinforcement of the B-pillar from the cavity sealing (4) and remove.

• Remove radiator tank (1).

• Mark and carry out the separating cut (1) as per dimension a.

  Dimension a = 20 mm.

• Continue to make a separating cut (1) according to dimension a.

  Dimension a = 20 mm.

• Release the welded connections in the areas (2) and remove the outer wheel arch section.
