• Apply sealant D1 to the new radiator tank (1). Install the radiator tank (1).

• Apply adhesive K1 to the bonding surfaces (1).

• Apply sealant D1 to cavity sealing (2).
• Install new part and weld in areas (1) as per the new part preparation process.

  In the process, avoid an excessively high heat input to the adjacent adhesive area (2) and cavity sealing (3).
