Installing the convertible top compartment lid mechanism

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Position the convertible top compartment lid mechanism (1) on the previously made mark.
Tighten down screws (2).

Feed in the cable linkage for the emergency unlocking (1) in the cargo area.
Connect connectors (2) and lock.

Check that the retaining clips (1) on the hydraulic cylinder (2) are fitted correctly.
Clip on the hydraulic cylinder (2) on the associated ball hub.
