Installing the seal for the windshield panel
- In case of replacement only:
Position the seal (1) for the windshield panel at the metal insert (2).
- Position the seal (2) for the windshield panel.
- Tighten the screws (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
| Seal carrier to hood linkage | ||
| Oval-head screw | Tightening torque | 5 Nm |
NOTE:
Perform the steps on the left and right side.
- Position the seal carrier (2) of the seal for the windshield panel.
- Turn in screw (1) several rotations.
- Position the washers (3).
- Align the screws (1) at the previously set marks and tighten them.
