Install door pocket
- Replace door pocket.
Parts: Door pocket.
- Shorten the welding pin (1) at the new door pocket (2) by the dimension (a).TECHNICAL DATA SPECIFICATION
Shorten the welding pin Dimension a 3 mm - Saw off the welding pins (1) at the new door pocket, each along the molding (2).
- Check that the welding pins (1) do not extend beyond the door trim panel.
- Remove the moldings (1) with a suitable tool.
NOTE:
Use a scalpel.
- Feed new door pocket (1) into the door trim panel and position correctly.
- Clip the door pocket (1) into the detents (2).
- Attach the door pocket using repair screws (1).
- Tighten the repair screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION
