Removing the rearview camera (RFK)
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING REAR DECK .
- Refer to REMOVING THE TRIM FOR THE TOP REAR WINDOW FRAME .
- Refer to REMOVING THE TRIM FOR THE REAR WINDOW FRAME ON THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE .
- Refer to REMOVING THE POWER TAILGATE SWITCH .
- Refer to REMOVING TAILGATE TRIM PANEL .
- Refer to REMOVING VIBRATION ABSORBER ON THE TRUNK LID .
- Loosen the detents (1).
- Open the lid of the rearview camera (RFK) (2) in the arrow direction.
- Guide rearview camera (RFK) (1) out of the base of the emblem.
- Unlock and disconnect the plug (2).
- Remove rearview camera (RFK) (1).
