Install the bass speaker trim

• Replace the bass speaker trim.

  Parts:  Bass speaker trim

• Shorten the welding pins (1) on the new bass speaker trim by the dimension (a).

  Shorten the welding pin
  Dimension a	3 mm

• Remove the moldings (1) with a suitable tool.

• Guide the bass speaker trim (1) into the door trim panel (2) and position it correctly.
• Clip the bass speaker trim (1) into the detents (3).

• Fasten the trim of the bass speaker with lock washers (3) and (4).
• Fix welding pins (1) with the shown lock washer (4).

• Fix welding pins (2) with the shown lock washer (3).

• Fasten the bass speaker trim with clamps (2).

• Tighten the welding pins (1) with the depicted clamp (2).
• Secure the welding pins (1) of the bass speaker trim with hot-melt adhesive.

  Parts:  Hot-melt adhesive.

• Apply hot-melt adhesive to the welding pins (1).
