Installing the outside door handle

NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

Check seal (1) for damage, replace if necessary.

Insert the front outside door handle (2) .
Connect connectors (1) and lock.

Insert the rear outside door handle (1) .

NOTE: Schematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.

Tighten the clamping bolt (1) on the outside door handle support with the special tool 2 450 364 .

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Clamping bolt for door handle
screw	Tightening torque	2 Nm
