Remove engine ventilation line
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE ACOUSTIC COVER .
- Refer to REMOVING INTAKE SILENCER HOUSING .

- Perform all work only on components that have cooled down.
NOTE:
RISK OF DAMAGE
Damage to wires when disconnecting connectors and plug connections .
Sheared wires can cause a short circuit .
Damage to wires when disconnecting connectors and plug connections .
Sheared wires can cause a short circuit .
- Do not pull on wires when disconnecting connectors and plug connections.
- Unlock the locks (1) .
- Feed out the heat protection ring (2)
and remove.
- Unlock and release the plug connection (1) .
- Unlock and release the plug connection (2) .
- Loosen clamp (3) .
- Guide out the wiring harness section for the sensor system 2 (4)
and set side.
- Unlock and loosen the locks (1) .
- Unlock and loosen lock (2) .
- Feed the engine ventilation line (3)
out and set it aside.
- Unlock and release tank vent line (1) .
- Feed out the engine ventilation line (2) and remove.
