Installing front wheel arch trim

Check 

• Check the clips (2) for damage and replace if necessary.

  Observe the sealing ring, it must not be missing or damaged.

• Check detents (1) and (3) for damage.

Result 

» Detents (1) and (3) of the wheel arch trim are damaged.

Measure

• Replace wheel arch trim.
• Clean bonding surface (4).

• Remove the liner (protective film of the adhesive strip) from the trim on the side panel in area (4).
• Install wheel arch trim (1) and engage it into detents (3).
• Press wheel arch trim (1) on the adhesive strips in area (4).
• Engage wheel arch trim (1) into clips (2).
