Releasing air conditioning compressor
NOTE:

- Feed out the refrigerant firewall (1) at the top in the marked area at the manifold (2).
- Feed out and remove the refrigerant firewall (1).
- Disengage the refrigerant firewall (1) from the latch mechanisms (arrows) of the support bush (2).
- Release the belt tensioner (2) with a suitable socket wrench (1) clockwise in arrow direction.
- Maintain the preload of the belt tensioner (1) using a suitable socket wrench (3).
- Secure the belt tensioner (1) against turning with the special tool 0 496 268 (11 0 390)
(2).
- Remove the drive belt (1) from the belt pulley (2) of the air conditioning compressor (5) and put it aside.
- Unlock plug connection (3) and disconnect.
- Loosen screws (4).
- Release and tie up the air conditioning compressor (5).
