Removing the pressure line between the evaporator and the air conditioning condenser

- Make sure that there is no charger connected to the jump start terminal in the engine compartment.
- Detach battery ground lead from battery.
- For auxiliary batteries: Detach battery minus cables from all auxiliary batteries.

Vehicle may slip off the vehicle hoist if the vehicle hoist is handled incorrectly.

- Detach battery terminal from battery pole. Do not pry off using a tool.

- Open the holder (1).
- Loosen nut (1).
- Release the hose support (2) at the pressure line (3).
- Remove the pressure line (3) from the expansion valve and set it aside.
- Loosen screw (1).
- Remove the pressure line (2) from the air conditioning condenser and set it aside.
- Feed out and remove the pressure line (2) between the evaporator and the air conditioning condenser.
