Replacement: Prepare the coolant pump
- Loosen screw (1).
- Remove the coolant line (2).
- Replace O-ring.
Parts: O-ring
- Position the coolant line (2).
- Tighten down screw (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Loosen screws (1).
- Remove the thermostat.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The sealing surfaces must be free of oil, grease and cleaning agents.

- Clean sealing surface (1).
- Remove the seal (3) from the thermostat (2).
- Replace the seal (3).
Parts: Seal
- Position thermostat housing.
- Tighten down screws (1).
