Installing the catalytic converter near engine, bottom at bank 1

• Feed in the catalytic converter near engine (2) upwards.
• Position the catalytic converter near engine (2) on the stud bolt.
• Tighten nuts (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Bottom catalytic converter
  Nut M8 Replace nuts.	tightening torque	23 Nm

• Replace V-band clamp.

  Parts:  V-band clamp

• Replace gasket.

  Parts:  Seal

• Slide the V-clip (1) towards the bottom onto the catalytic converter near engine.
• Position the V-clip (1) on the catalytic converter near engine.

• Tighten down screw (2).

Installing version with gasoline particulate filter for cylinders 1 to 4 

Installing the differential pressure sensor for the cylinders 1 to 4 

• Grease the thread on the exhaust system with high-temperature assembly paste.

• Replace molded hose (1).

  Parts:  Molded hose

• Feed in the differential pressure sensor with pressure line downwards.

• Clip the pressure line (2) into the clamps (3).
• Tighten nut (1).

  Pressure line on catalytic converter
  Pressure line	Tightening torque	40 Nm

• Clip in the hose (4) into the clamp (3).
• Connect connectors (1) and lock.
• Tighten nut (2).
