When replacing the trim on the lower bumper cover

Removing the trim on the bumper panel 

• Release blind rivet (1).

• Release the trim (1) at the latch mechanisms along the broken line and remove it.

  Installing the trim on the bumper panel 

• Position the trim (1) correctly and engage it on the detents along the dashed line.

• Replace the blind rivets (1).

  Parts:  Blind rivet

• Mount the blind rivet (1) using the special tool 0 496 521 (00 2 230).
