Removing the armrest on the door trim panel
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Preliminary work
- Refer to REMOVING THE MIRROR TRIANGLE COVER .
- Refer to REMOVING THE TRIM OF THE DOOR HANDLE .
- Refer to REMOVING FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL .
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Carefully drill out or grind down all marked spot-welds (arrows).
- Loosen screw (1) .
- Remove the armrest.
