- Protect working area.
- Handle tools and components carefully.
- Beginning from the bottom, press the radio operating unit and the air conditioning control panel (2) out of the detents (1) with the special tool 2 298 505.
- Remove the radio operating unit and the air conditioning control panel (2).
- Unlock and disconnect connector (1).
- Release the cables (2) from the radio operating unit and the air conditioning control panel (3).
