Installing front brake caliper (17-inch low brake)

• Fit and tighten brake hose (1) on brake caliper.

  If necessary, grip at knurling (2).

  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Brake hose to brake caliper, front
  	Tightening torque	17 Nm

• Make sure the brake hose is not  twisted and resting on components attached to the body.
• If required, attach brake hose to the holder (3).

Follow-up work 

• Remove the brake pedal TENSIONER .
• Grease the brake pads, the brake anchor plate and the brake caliper with the brake PAD PASTE .
• Install front BRAKE PADS .
• Install the front brake pad wear SENSOR .
• Install front left or right WHEEL .
• FLUSH AND BLEED  the front axle brake circuit (brake high).
• COMMISSION/BED (BREAK) IN new brake pads and brake discs.
