Install the tail light on the trunk lid

Check 

• Check the seal (1) and the retaining lugs (2) on the tail light (3) for damage.

  Result 

  » If the seal (1) or the retaining lugs (2) are damaged.

  Measure

  • Replace the tail light (3).

  Parts:  Tail lamp

• Insert the tail light (1) from the outside into the trunk lid until the retaining lugs (2) lock.

• Position the nuts (1) and the clamping claw on the tail light (2).
• Tighten the nuts (1) on the tail light (2).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Tail light at trunk lid
  M5 nut	Tightening torque	2.3 Nm

• Connect and lock the connector (1) to the tail light (2).
