- Lever out the covers (1) with a suitable tool.
Slacken the screws underneath it until the tailgate lock can be shifted.
- Adjusting tailgate lock.
Check
- Check the gap dimensions between the trunk lid and the bumper cover.
Result
» Gap dimensions do not correspond to the specifications.
Measure
- Adjusting tailgate lock.
- Tighten the screws.TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
