Lower the headlining on the left or right

Preliminary work

• Refer to REMOVING THE COUNTER SUPPORT FOR THE SUN VISOR .
• Refer to REMOVING THE VANITY MIRROR LIGHT AT THE FRONT LEFT OR RIGHT .
• Refer to REMOVING A-PILLAR TRIM PANEL .
• Refer to INSTALLING THE HOLDER ON LEFT OR RIGHT .
• Refer to REMOVING THE B-PILLAR TRIM PANEL UPWARDS .
• Refer to REMOVING REAR INTERIOR ROOF LIGHT .
• Refer to REMOVING C-PILLAR TRIM PANEL .

Precondition 

The front seat is adjusted all the way down.

• Loosen the frame (1) at the clips (2).
• If necessary, loosen the cable clip from the frame (1).

• Unclip headlining (1) out of clips (2) downwards.

• Guide out the headlining at the respective edge protection.
• Lower the headlining and place it onto the head restraints as shown.
