Engine wiring harness for sensor system 2

NOTE: RISK OF DAMAGE
Improper routing of cables and wiring harnesses .
Trapped, crushed or damaged cables may cause short circuits and malfunctions .

Route all cables without abrasions, do not trap and crush.

Feed in the engine wiring harness (1) for the sensor system 2 and install it.

Feed in the engine wiring harness (5) for the sensor system 2 and install it.
The locks (4) must engage audibly.

Tighten down screw (3).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Front ground cable to cylinder head
M6	tightening torque	8 Nm

Connect the connectors (2) and (1) and lock. The connector (2) and (1) must engage audibly.
Guide the tank vent line with pressure sensor into the holders (arrows) (2).
Connect connectors (1) and lock.
The connector (1) must engage audibly.

Feed in and position auxiliary coolant pump (4).
Feed in and position retaining bracket (3).

Tighten nut (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Auxiliary coolant pump holder to cylinder head
M6	tightening torque	8 Nm
