Remove the armrest from the rear door trim panel
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Drill out or grind down all marked spot-welds (arrows).
- Remove the armrest together with the handle.

- Loosen screw (1).
- Detach the armrest (2) from the handle (3).
