Detach the heater return
- Loosen screw (1).
- Remove the heater return (2) from the coolant pump to the side.
- Loosen screw (1).
- Detach the coolant line (2) and set aside.
- Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
- Unlock the retaining clip (1) as described in the next step.
- Detach the coolant line (2) and set aside.
Unlocking coolant line flange
- Unlock the retaining clip (1) on the flange (2) of the coolant line with a suitable screwdriver (3) in an upwards direction.
- Detach flange (2) of coolant line backwards.
- Remove screws (arrows).
- Pull the coolant pump (1) forward.
Remove feed line
- Unlock the retaining clip (1) with a suitable screwdriver.
- Remove the feed line (2) and set aside.
Removing feed line for external radiator
- Unlock retaining clip (1) with a suitable screwdriver.
- Remove the feed line (2) and set aside.
- Loosen screw (1).
- Remove the coolant line (2) upwards.
- Remove the coolant pump (3) with the feed line toward the top.
