Removing the decorative strip on the dashboard at left and right
NOTE:
Procedure shows left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Release the screws (1) at side on the decorative strip (2).
- Carefully unclip the decorative strip (2) with the special tool 0 496 569 (00 9 325) from the clamps (3).
- Lift off the decorative strip (2) and unlock and disconnect the existing plug connections.
- Remove decorative strip (2).
