Loosening the brake caliper, left and right
NOTE:
Perform the steps on the right and left side.
Releasing the brake caliper
- Release brake hose from the brackets (1).
NOTE:
Only perform the operation on the left side.
- Detach cable of the brake pad wear sensor from the holders (2).
- Loosen nuts (1).
- Pull the brake caliper from the stud bolts towards the rear.
Do not hang the brake caliper from the brake hose.
- Tie the brake caliper (1) up with the special tool 2 413 317 .
