Installing the tailgate seal

Remove sealant residue from the sheet metal flange.
Clean sheet metal flange.
Replace tailgate seal (1).
Parts: Tailgate seal
Mount tailgate seal (1) starting from the center at the top.
Make sure that sealing joint (2) is at designated position.
Ensure that tailgate seal (1) rests correctly on all the adjacent trim panel components.
