Removing the loading edge trim

Preliminary work

NOTE: hematic diagram is for example purposes. Some parts may differ in certain details.

Loosen the expanding rivet (1).
Unclip loading edge trim (2) upwards from detents (3).
Guide the loading edge trim (2) beneath the sealing lip of the tailgate seal and remove it.
