Installing the upper trim panel on rollover protection system

• Install the trim panel (3) and feed in the safety belts.
• Tighten the screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
  
  

  Stop pad to rollover protection system
  M6x20 screw	Tightening torque	4.5 Nm

• Tighten the screws (2).

  Oval-head screw with guard control Replace screws	Tightening torque	3 Nm

• Install cover panels (2).
• Install the stop pad (1).

• Mount the expanding rivet on the left and right.

• Mount the expanding rivets (1).
• Tighten the screws (2).

  Installing the rear strap fitting on the left and right 

  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  Clean all threaded belt connections  with micro-encapsulated outer and internal threads.
  Shavings or other debris must not remain in the components.
  If a microencapsulated screw is reused, it must be coated with the following screw locking agent: Loctite 243, medium strength. 
  The screw connection must be completed within 10 minutes as hardening begins after this period.
  NOTE: Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.

  Installing the strap fitting at the rear 

  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  Clean all threaded belt connections  with micro-encapsulated outer and internal threads.
  Shavings or other debris must not remain in the components.
  If a microencapsulated screw is reused, it must be coated with the following screw locking agent: Loctite 243, medium strength. 
  The screw connection must be completed within 10 minutes as hardening begins after this period.
• Feed in and correctly position the strap fitting (2).
• Replace the screw (1).

  End lining to body
  M10 Replace screw.	Tightening torque	42 Nm
